Nurse
If your student will need prescription or nonprescription medication at school, a Medication Consent Form must be on file. Students are not permitted to carry medication with them during the school day. Please notify the School Nurse if you have any health concerns. You can reach
Trent VanWagoner by email tvanwagoner@khps.org

Open House Parking
Parking may be challenging this year as we have some construction by the athletic entrance. We ask that for OPEN HOUSE you park across the street in the new parking for the athletic fields. Please see this parking map flyer for more information.

Student Drop Off: Arrival & Dismissal Reminders
For normal arrival and dismissal at the beginning and end of the school day, please use Athletic Entrance Door 28.

  • Late arrivals and early dismissals must go through the Main Office.
  • You must be listed as an approved person to pick up your student.
  • Please bring a photo ID when picking up your student early.
  • Students arriving late must sign in, and students leaving early must sign out.

Attendance Reminders
If your student will be late or needs to leave early, please email the Attendance Office so we can update their attendance. You may also call the office if needed. Please be patient, as updates may take some time when we are busy. If the attendance has not been updated by the end of the day, please contact the office.

Athletics
To be cleared for tryouts or practice on the first day, all athletes must have a current sports physical dated after April 15, 2026 uploaded to FinalForms. Participation fees can also be paid online through FinalForms prior to the start of each sports season.

If you haven’t registered yet, please visit FinalForms to create your account, add your student(s), and complete all required forms. This must be done before the start of your student’s sport season to ensure they’re eligible to participate. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly.

PERSONALIZED
LEARNING

Our Personal Mastery educational experience has redefined education and has gained attention around the state and nation. Personal Mastery provides your child with personalized attention from teachers. Instead of teaching to a broad group of students without an understanding of their individual strengths and weaknesses, Personal Mastery allows teachers to interact with students individually or in small groups to help them better address their weaknesses. In this way, we strive to help your child reach their full potential.
